Whether you’re looking for half a day’s training for a small group of senior managers or need to cover the whole workforce over a series of days, we can help.Our training courses and workshops are designed to challenge, engage and motivate.
Participants have the ability to participate in experiential learning, with a commitment to dialogue. Our strength is that we are flexible and adaptable in 'on the spot' training situations – this reflects the expertise of our trainers. We understand process and content issues within group processes and training events. Our trainers are skilled and experienced in naming and dealing effectively with these dynamics.
We can offer black and white trainers co-working on our anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice programmes. Some of our trainers can deliver training in other languages. This has specifically been used by local authorities to empower community projects (using Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi etc). All of our trainers have an understanding of learning styles and how these may impact for participants within the training context. Our trainers are skilled in ensuring they use different methods to ensure the participation of all individuals present.
We add value to our training by embedding knowledge into our products: interactive training, DVDs, CD-ROMs, online eTraining, support, course web forums and web downloads.
In addition to running classroom-based training programmes, we also offer a co-working partnership with in-house trainers and their organizations to form an integrated strategy, providing support, training media and specialized advice.
